Japanese Grade A Wagyu
This one is truly for our serious steak lovers out there! Our limited edition Grade A Kagoshima Wagyu marbling 11+ is now available.
Have you ever tried a Wagyu Steak that literally melts in your mouth? Are you the type of steak lover that spends your life looking for that perfect piece of quality Wagyu? Whichever place you find yourself in, now is the time to visit us as we have the famous Grade A Kagoshima Wagyu marbling 11+. The Kagoshima Black cattle are blessed with the sun and natural surroundings of a warm tropical island.
The principal characteristics of the meat are its tenderness and full-bodied flavour, together with well-balanced fat marbling throughout the muscle fibers. The Kagoshima Beef is produced on Kyuzu, an agricultural cooperative specialising in fattening Japanese Black cattle which have been raised “with respect and affection” in South Japan. Here they strive to achieve stable mass production of top-grade Japanese Black beef, with a quality grade of 4 or higher. Only cattle of Grade 4 (A4, B4) or higher are stamped with the “Kagoshima Beef” brand name; approximately 70% of the beef shipped from Kyuzu is graded A5. This incredible Beef is very limited, be sure to make a reservation with us on your next visit and mention your order of the Kagoshima Wagyu. You don’t want to miss out on this!

The infamous barrel aged cocktails have now arrived at Boy’N’Cow. These specialty cocktails have been making the rounds at bars for years, sought out by eager punters for their flavour profile unexpected taste twist.The carefully mixed Negroni aged in a specially selected oak barrel creates a sensationally smooth and complex character flavor. This maturing process of 20 days gives a carefully acquired taste to the cocktail that will leave you wanting more.
