A light and tangy gin based cocktail

Ingredients:

• Larios Gin
• Giffards Elderflower
• Rhubarb Bitters
• A dash of citrus and foamee

Method

• Combine all ingredients into a shaker
• Shake well and strain into a coupette glass
• Garnish with a fresh edible flower
