Ingredients
- 45ml quality arak
- 15 ml pineapple juice
- 2 slice ginger
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey
Method
- add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- shake well
- pour it into a tall glass
- garnish with a wedge of fresh or dehydrated pineapple
