Soursop (or sirsak in Indonesian) is an unusually shaped fruit – considered a sweet delicacy in many tropical countries.
At Boy’N’Cow we have used the soursop to add a tropical twist to a favourite cocktail.
Recipe:
- Reopsado Tequila 45ml
- Giffard Agave Syrup 7.5ml
- Soursop Fruit (muddle into the mix)
- Soursop Juice 30ml
- Top with fresh lime air foam (sucro, texture lecitine, fresh lime, salt & simple syrup)
