- 60ml sake
- 30ml lychee water
- 2pcs lychee
- 1pcs lemongrass
- 2pcs kaffir lime
- 20ml simple syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- shake hard for 20 secs
- pour into a martini or wine glass
- garnish with a kaffir lime leaf
