- Parsley 100gr
- Oregano 60gr
- Coriander 100gr
- Garlic 80gr
- Red fresh chili 10gr
- White wine Vinegar 70gr
- Lemon zest 72gr
- Olive oil 310gr
- Salt 10gr
- Black Pepper 4gr
Method
- Combine parsley, oregano, coriander, garlic, and chilli in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely chopped and garlic is minced
- Transfer herbs to a medium bowl and stir in olive oil, vinegar, and lemon zest. Season with salt
